Please join the Annapolis Anglers Club (AAC) meeting on Wednesday, March 19th, 7 PM at the American Legion Post 7 on Crownsville Road in Annapolis.
March’s featured speakers are:
Bob Pino, Chief Operating Officer of Hook Optics—the Easton-based sunglass company taking the sportfishing community by storm. An optician and avid fisherman, Bob has dedicated his career to improving the on-the-water experience for anglers who want the highest quality polarized sunglasses. Hook Optics uses only the best, sustainable materials available to deliver lightweight, sharp and clear, shatter-resistant sunglasses. Hook Optics understands the vital connection between vision and your success on the water.
Erik Zlokovitz, Biologist and Recreational Fisheries Coordinator for Maryland’s Department of Natural Resources. Erik will provide an update on fisheries in Maryland, and DNR's role in helping to ensure ongoing opportunities for quality recreational angling. He will provide an overview of the 2025 striped bass season/regulations, and even though the 2025 regulations are to remain the same as 2024, Erik will outline what may be proposed in the future.
Annapolis Anglers Club meetings are free and open to anyone who wishes to attend. At each meeting there are food options, beverages, and a raffle with valuable prizes for
attendees. Please join us on March 19th!
